Mr. Benjamin Tsofwa Mweni is an accomplished Lawyer of the High court of Kenya for 7 years and a commissioner for Oaths. He obtained his Honours Bachelor of Laws degree from Jomo-Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in 2013 and a Post graduate Diploma in Legal studies from Kenya School of Law in 2016. He also holds a Diploma in criminology and social order from the University of Nairobi. Before founding the Firm, he was employed as an Associate Advocate at the fully service law firm of Cootow & Associates Advocates where he gained experience in Litigation, Commercial and Conveyance matters. He is an all-round advocate vested with general litigation, preparation and review of Agreements for Sale, Leases, Transfers, Charges, Discharge of Charges, Chattel Mortgages, Debentures and Registration of documents in the respective Registry and General Bank securities. In commercial sphere, has gained experience over the years in incorporation of companies and societies, Trusts as well as general commercial transactions and litigation.

Prior to being admitted to the Bar, he was a pupil and trainee for over a period of 12 months at the office of the Director of Public Prosecution where he carried out research for Public Prosecutors assigned to various courts. While at the ODPP, he was exposed to all areas of Criminal Law.
While not at work, Mr. Tsofwa spends time with family and friends in his social circles. He also undertakes curricular activities that include swimming, local and international tourism.
